Treatment Team
Every client is assigned a treatment team, which includes a supervising BCBA and trained Behavior Technicians. Behavior Technicians are all required to pass a stringent screening-process, as well as an initial and annual competency-based training evaluation to ensure the highest quality of care to all of our clients. Behavior Technicians are selected based on character, professionalism, academic performance, skill, and passion for working with children with developmental delays. BCBAs provide initial and ongoing assessment services, as well as treatment planning, ABA programming and direct supervision of Behavior Technicians. While formal supervision is available for BCBA, BCaBA and LPC interns, on-site supervision is provided to all Behavior Technicians according to practice standards.
